I guess we are beginning to get into winter as the temperatures are supposed to dip into the low thirties during this week. I guess you could say it is time. It is November and we have not had a real killing frost yet in most areas. We have had lots of rain this past week and weekend but it didn’t seem to dampen the trick or treaters ability to be out. Thanks to the Elks group and others who held events geared to the children and allowed them to be out and not going house to house. Thanks to the Lewis County Nursing and Rehab Center for their dress up parade that anyone could participate...
