Harold Dennis Hinson, of Hohenwald, went to his heavenly rewards on January 18, 2022. He was born on August 19, 1944 in Watsonville, CA.

Mr. Hinson was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend that made Hohenwald his home. He loved the Lord with all his heart. He preached the word over the years, leading souls to Christ. Mr. Hinson spent many years on the road driving his family, The Hinsons, on tour, singing the Gospel.

Survivors include, his wife of 51 years, Sheila Hinson; daughters, Annette (Donny) Haley, RoyeAnn (David) DeVault, Donna (Kenneth) Brown, and Tammie Jo (Craig) Simpson; son, Wayne (Margaret) Ingram; grandchildren, Stephanie, Steven, Cassie, Gavy (Jennifer), Kayla, Brian (Morgan), Brandie, Diana (Nathan), Paxton, Michael, James (Laura), Matthew, Christopher (Hannah), Christy (Jonathon), Cole (Emily), Jordan, and Isaiah; 25 great-grandchildren; sisters, Yvonne and Teddi; brother, Ronny Hinson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Mr. Hinson was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Stella Hinson; son, Dwayne Hinson; brothers, Kenny, Larry and Calvin; sister, Barbara; grandson, Samuel; great-grandsons, Brian, David, and Issac.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Central Christian Fellowship, 759 Columbia Highway in Hohenwald.
