Gregory Spetz, of Summertown, passed away on the evening of January 30 at the age of 74.

He was born on February 18, 1948, in Chicago, IL to the late Clifford Andoh Spetz & Constance Elizabeth Sifrit. Originally from Portage, Indiana, he and his wife, Kathy Spetz, moved to Summertown in 2017 to be closer to their daughter & husband, Kristi & Fred Crowe.

Prior to moving to Summertown, Mr. Spetz spent 29 1/2 years in law enforcement, retiring from the service in 2000. After retirement he and his wife became full-time RV'ers, traveling the country for the next 9 1/2 years. His go...
