Sharon Edwards, of Hohenwald, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at the age of 70. She was born June 14, 1951, in Hohenwald to the late Leonard Carlton Edwards and Bessie Belle (Spears) Edwards.

She was a quiet, soft-spoken lady, who was very talented and outgoing. During high school, she modeled and was a singer in the high school band, it was because of her modeling that she was the "Herald" girl for the Nashville Christmas Parade one year, where she carried the flag at the beginning of the parade and led it through downtown Nashville.
