Lewis County Herald - Serving Hohenwald, Lewis County Tennessee Since 1898

Last month the Hohenwald/Lewis County Chamber of Commerce approved the use of the old freight room in the back of the Welcome Center in the Hohenwald train depot to Friends of the Library. Formerly Hohenwald Marketplace, the space will now be used for book sales and other library supportive events. Thursday, March 29, 2022 is the first official book sale day at the depot from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Hohenwald/Lewis County Welcome Center is open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday each week, where all visitors to the Depot can also shop in the Booktique.
