LC Historical Society News

The Lewis County Historical Society will meet Monday, April 18 at 7:00 p.m. at the Strand Theatre. At this meeting officers will be elected for the 2022-23 year and programs for the year will be discussed/planned.

One program that has been suggested is conducting meetings in various communities throughout the county and further documenting their history for future generations.

Things have been difficult during the pandemic, but some projects have been accomplished and it is hoped that a regular meeting schedule and programs/projects can be resumed. There are many new residents in Lewis County...
