After completing all degree, specialized education, experience, and successfully passing the exhaustive Tennessee Certified Residential Appraiser exam, Benjamin T. Floyd has been awarded his Tennessee Certified Residential Appraiser License on May 2, 2022. This is the top tier of the residential appraiser licensing in Tennessee.
