In celebration of National Trails Day, the Lewis County Public Library and Archives partnered with Ranger Jeremy Childs from the Natchez Trace Parkway for a family-friendly hike. Hikers learned about the Warsaw and St. Louis limestone that rests just below the Trace. Ranger Jeremy shared a fossilized Great White Shark Tooth, a bivalve shell, a crinoid (or sea lily), and coral that he found along the Natchez Trace.
