He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Billy Wayne Travis and Thomas Travis Jr., and sister Linda Joyce Travis.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy Kay Woods Duncan; sons, Tommy Duncan and Mark Anthony Duncan; sisters, Marsha Harrington and Norma Faye Aldridge; and five grandchildren along with many other relatives, friends, and loved ones.
