Over 80 people participated in the Lewis County Elks 2nd Annual 5K Color Run/Walk for Autism and Special Friends which took place on June 4, 2022. The 5K began at the Public Library, proceeding down Smith Street, turning at Lomax Crossroads and back up Highway 412 to the lodge.

Winners were: first place, Shelby Tanner with a time of 22:11; second place, Adrianne Pfaff with a time of 22:40; third place, Jaylon White with a time of 23:53; and fourth place, Virginia Brewer and Clasha Tanner with a time of 24:40.

Youth winners were Mason Rhinehart, Zander Tripp, Brantlee Tripp, Kenna McGee, and Ridge Tripp.
