The City of Hohenwald completed construction of a new parking lot on Main Street beside Kittrell Motor Company. All citizens who planned to be in the city all day or for several hours were asked to park their vehicles in the parking lot. “This would provide parking space for shoppers who plan to be in the city only a short time. If the people will cooperate and use this parking lot, this would eliminate a lot of our parking and traffic problems.”
