Richard Griffin and Hermila Sandoval were united in marriage on September 10, 2022 in Sacramento, California with Pastor Geary Jimenez officiating. Richard is a former Hohenwald resident and a 1973 Lewis County High School Graduate.

The ceremony was at 3:00 p.m. followed by the reception; both events were held at the Richard A. Covington Center.

This was a bi-lingual wedding and reception attended by members of both the Griffin and Sandoval families. Persons participating in either provided essential wedding materials, hand made arrangements. Baked goods were provided by both families and the food caterer.

Special decorating was done by daughters Adriana Griffin and Angela Contreras of Roseville and Sacramento, California respectively.
