Joe T. Shipp, a resident of Hohenwald, passed from this world on to his eternal home in the early hours of Friday, January 6, 2023, at the Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia.

Joe was born on March 18, 1943, to Joe H. Shipp and Hazel (Fain) Shipp in Evergreen, AL. In February of 1964, he married the love of his life and his best friend, Shirley Tharp.
