Mrs. Ramona was born in Guernsey County, Ohio, on June 1, 1944, to the late Raymond and Ados Lee Bates Blackwell. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Anthony Clark Runions, grandson Alan Dupont, and siblings Gwen (Joe) Miller, Gene (Jacie) Blackwell, Zelma (Sam) Shook, Don (Nancy) Blackwell, Bethel "Bill" (Pat) Blackwell, Arlene (Ken) Brown, Tim Blackwell, and Steve (Gloria) Blackwell.
