Wanda Lynn (Yeilding) Polston, 72, passed away February 19, 2023, in Hohenwald. Wanda was born in Seattle, Washington on March 24, 1950, to Wilbur and Radolia Yielding.

Wanda enjoyed life as a homemaker, becoming like a second mother to many. Wanda was an avid gardener and quilter. She will be deeply missed but will always live on in her families memories.

Wanda leaves behind her husband of 54 years, Jim Polston. Wanda was a devout mother to three children, Carmen, Anna, and Karl. Wanda and Jim have numerous grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchildren including Jagger, Naomi, Weston, and Jasper.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents and one brother, Daniel.

Per her wishes, Mrs. Polston will be cremated, and the family will have a private memorial for her at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to help offset the funeral cost.
