speeding, no license - Sheriff Dwayne Kilpatrick was on his way to a meeting Thursday, March 23, when his radar clocked an approaching vehicle at over 80 mph. Kilpatrick was travelling east on East Main around 10 a.m. when he turned around near the State Highway Department to pursue the vehicle. He also radioed the dispatch center to reach out for back-up.
