Charlotte "Shirley" Bates Talley, 89, was born September 2, 1933, the baby of eleven, to Nancy Radie Bates and William Dufford Bates. Ms. Shirley passed from this earthly home and was reunited with her husband on Saturday March 25th, 2023.
She was married to Leonard Ray "Glen" Talley on November 28, 1953, and they shared 65 wonderful years. Together they had twin daughters, Glenda and Brenda Talley.
