From The Lewis County School Board

*The Lewis County School Board has given raises to teachers each year. The most recently passed budget includes recently passed budget includes a raise for every employee of the school, from substitutes to school bus drivers. In fact, school bus drivers now receive pay of $100 a day.

*Every employee also now has the same inclement weather days and access to health insurance.

*Lewis County is 1 of only 7 districts to be chosen to be part of the Teaching as a Profession (TAP) pilot program.
