Born on August 28, 1948, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, Pauline was the beloved matriarch of a large and loving family, who felt her warmth and care in every aspect of their lives.

Pauline spent her formative years in Dyersburg, where she was born to Billy and Elsie Staggs, both of whom predeceased her. Her life was a testament to the enduring power of love and family, a theme that was evident in every relationship she nurtured....
