Lewis County Mayor Jonah Keltner, front, proclaimed the month of March 2023 to be Trisomy Awareness Month in Lewis County in honor of Everett Ray Dotson. Mayor Keltner encourages everyone in our community to educate themselves on all forms of Trisomy, help support families currently experiencing Trisomy, and participate in assisting all people with developmental disabilities achieve their full potential.
