MLEC Employees Participate in Service Projects in 5 Counties

MLEC's Troy Walton and Timmy Boyd deliver food donated by Lewis County employees to the local food pantry as a Tennessee Electric Co-op Day of Service project.

Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative employees in each of its five counties took part in the Tennessee Electric Co-op Day of Service on October 15.

Collectively, employees supported local pantries by donating more than 1000 pounds of food. Additionally, Hickman County employees helped with ramp improvements at the Centerville River Park and began a Blessings Box with non-perishable food items at the office on Highway 100.
