vs. Wayne County

The Lewis County High School Panthers baseball team hosted the Wayne County Wildcats in the annual Wood Bat Tournament at LCHS on Friday, April 23rd.

Maddox Cagle made the start for the Panthers and gave up a leadoff single to center before retiring the next three Wildcats in order for a scoreless first. Sloan Moseley ripped a one-out single to centerfield and stole second ahead of a two-out single by Cagle that gave the home team a 1-0 lead after one.
