Terry Warren, nationally-recognized executive coach and author of The Art of Choice: Making Changes that Count in Work and Life, will visit Lewis County Public Library and Archives on Friday, October 8 at 4 p.m. to promote his new book and share a thought-provoking and motivational presentation on how to make choices with intention and commitment that will move you forward in work and life. Copies of The Art of Choice will be available for purchase and signing.

Author Terry Warren is passionate about helping people employ intention and commitment to achieve what they may not have believed was possible. Using a collaborative and compassionate approach, The Art of Choice offers lessons from business leaders, along with keys for gaining perspective, experiencing clarity, and achieving results whether you are starting out in your career, facing a major life decision, or nearing retirement. 

Central to Terry's work and life are his confidence in our human potential, his strong Christian faith, his commitment to family and community, and his appreciation of art. As an accomplished landscape painter, Terry has learned to see every situation from a variety of angles. Such a broadening of perspective is just one of the skills you'll experience in The Art of Choice.

Terry Warren, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach, has more than 40 years of leadership experience in the financial services and healthcare industries, and he has held senior leadership roles in sales, strategic planning, client engagement, and executive coaching. He is a member of the Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management Executive Coaching Network and an alumni of Lewis County High School Class of 1967.

This special literary event is being hosted by Friends of Lewis County Public Library and is held in conjunction with the 2021 Oktober Heritage Festival. Proceeds from book purchases will go the "Building for the Future- Preserving the Past" Library Expansion Fund.
