"Porkey" Allen Wayne Dye , 76, passed away at his home February 1, 2022, surrounded by his family.

Porkey was a former member of Lewis County Jaycees and a member of First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He was also retired from the City of Hohenwald where he served for 19 years as manager of the gas department. Porkey's passion after retirement was serving and it brought him great joy to serve with The Carpenters for Christ.
