Nora Sue (Davis) Hardy, a lifelong resident of the Oak Grove Community in Hohenwald, passed from this life to her eternal home on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at the age of 89.

Nora Sue was born on October 12, 1932, to Gillie H. Davis and Ollie (Fite) Davis, in Hohenwald. She grew up and obtained her teaching degree. For two years, she taught at the old Buffalo Valley School. She then met and married the love of her life, D.T. Hardy. After they married, she began teaching at Lewis County Schools and taught there until her retirement.
