Shawn M. Brown, North Walnut Street, was charged with theft of property and fabricating/tampering with evidence on April 28.

William D. Ramey, Blackwell Drive, was charged with joyriding, domestic assault, drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine on April 29.
