Donn Kraemer for District 2 Constable

Greetings, fellow Lewis County voters! My name is Donn Kraemer and I currently am your Constable for District 2. I was appointed last fall by the Commissioners to fill a vacancy occasioned by the passing of Mr. Joe Bell.

I served as a full-time sworn police officer for a large metropolitan Denver agency in Colorado for 37 years. Prior to that I was an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Combat-Airborne) for three years following my completion of a college engineering degree.

During my time in law enforcement I was a patrol officer, canine handler, sergeant, watch commander, and S.W.A....
