Maury Regional Health to host career fair for registered nurses

Maury Regional Health invites registered nurses (RNs) from throughout the region to participate in a nursing career fair Thursday, July 28, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia.

During the career fair, candidates will complete on-the-spot interviews with recruiters and nurse managers from a variety of specialty areas and facilities. Free dinner will be provided to RN candidates and multiple local food trucks will be in attendance. No RSVP is required; however, applicants are asked to bring a copy of their resume.

“Maury Regional Health provides competitive salary and benefits packages and is committed to fostering an environment where nurses can grow and excel in their profession,” said Chief Nursing Officer Deborah Lumpkins, DNP, RN, NEA-BC. “We look forward to meeting prospective candidates, learning about their backgrounds in nursing and sharing with them — as well as showing — all the reasons Maury Regional Health is one of the region’s best places to work.”

In 2020, Maury Regional Medical Center achieved Magnet® designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Magnet® distinction is the highest national credential for nursing excellence, serving as the gold standard for nursing practice.
