Raylan Lee Carroll was born September 7, 2016 in Columbia, to Jimmy Lee and Katelyn Rae Overbey Carroll. He will forever be remembered for the biggest smile and his loving personality. Without a doubt, he was a fighter. Raylan left this life on October 2, 2022.
He is survived by his parents, Jimmy Lee and Katelyn Carroll; brother, Samuel Riggins Carroll; grandparents, Scotty Carroll (Tara), Carol Potters, and Tammy Carroll; and great-grandparents, Kathy Pipkins and Faye Brown (Roy). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
