This year's Philbilly Cancer Ride, held September 17, was in memory of Wanda Vineyard who was there at the start of the Lewis County Cancer Victims Fund over 26 years ago and never missed any fundraiser that was for the Cancer Fund.

Organizer Jeff Mullins stated, "We had a good turn out this year considering. When I decided to keep it going for Billy and Phil Andrews, I had five weeks to get it all put together, after I got Billy and Phil's approval.
