Civics institute at UT-Knoxville / Public Chapter 963 – The General Assembly approved legislation to establish the Institute of American Civics at Tennessee’s largest public university. The new law locates the institute within the Howard H. Baker, Jr. Center for Public Policy on the campus of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
