IN RE: Condemnation of Tax Map 70, Parcel 9 Lewis County Circuit Court Docket Number: 2022-CV-12. TO: N.H. Hines and the heirs thereof: you are required to appear at the Lewis County Courthouse located at 29 West Main Street, Hohenwald, Tennessee, on January 4, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. and defend the lawsuit aforementioned that has been filed concerning the condemnation of property owned by N.H. Hines and/or his heirs located on Paul Spears Road in Lewis County, Tennessee, and known as Tax Map 70, Parcel 9, in the Tax Assessor’s Office of Lewis County. Failure to appear and defend this action will result in the property being condemned and ownership thereof transferred to Lewis County Government by Order of the Court.
