I am firmly convinced that most people don’t follow politics that closely. Most feel that as long as they’re not directly removing money from my wallet, who cares, right? As we draw nearer to, quite possibly, the most important midterm election of my lifetime, I sincerely hope that the citizens of Lewis County are now paying attention to the fact that elections have consequences, and, as of late, dire ones.
