Ms. Margie Marie (Garrard) Amacher, a lifelong resident of Hohenwald, passed from this life on to her eternal home on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at the age of 83.

Margie was born on February 1, 1939, in Lawrence County. She grew up and married Charles Ray Amacher. They raised their family together and were happily married for many years until his passing in 2000.
