If you know Katrina Anthony, then you know I've had her tore up over being selected. I so enjoyed my interview with her. She is such a pleasure to be around. If you want to feel good about yourself, she is the one for the job.
Q:) Can you tell me a little about yourself?
A:) Well I was raised right here on Garrison Road all my life. I am a big family person. The Lord, Jay, kids, grandkids and my Momma are my life. I cook for my kids Monday-Wednesday.
Q:) What is one of your fondest childhood memories?
A:) Riding three wheelers with all the neighborhood kids. I wouldn't take anything for those memories.
Q:) What did you want to be as a kid? What did you actually become?
A:) I wanted to be a vet, and I become self-employed making vines and crafts.
Q:) Who is your biggest role model?
A:) Jesus is, but right behind him is my sweet Momma.
Q:) What are some of your favorite hobbies?
A:) I love to camp when we get time, and I love to decorate.
Q:) If you could go anywhere in or out of the states, where would it be? Why?
A:) Israel. I want to just go and explore.
Q:) What is your favorite 90's jam?
A:) I loved just about every Prince song in the 90's. But really and truly just about all 90's music was a hit for me.
Q:) What is one of your favorite things about living in Hohenwald?
A:) The closeness with the people. The people in our little town are so close and everyone knows everyone. We all come together when we need to!
Q:) What is your favorite time of year? Why?
A:) I love summer and being able to be outside, but I love Christmas too because I love to decorate for Christmas.
Q:) What are some activities do you enjoy to de-stress?
A:) To de-stress I just have to stay busy. I've never been one to be still anyway but if I'm stressed I really can't.
Q:) What do you love most about your job?
A:) I get to work with Jay and being outside.
Q:) Do you have a nickname?
A:) Well now in high school I was called Harlow. I guess Trina is one too because people just leave out the KA to the TRINA.
Q:) Is there any life advice you could give our readers?
A:) In life there will be struggles but if you lean on the Lord, there is nothing you can't make it through.
Q:) Is there anything you would like to add that my questions may not have touched on?
A:) I don't feel I am deserving of this at all. I feel there are plenty more people more deserving than me but I am so honored, thank you so much.
