On December 26, 2022, Carroll Wayne "Farmer" Bennett, 73, peacefully passed away at his Hohenwald home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Hohenwald to the late Willie and Clista Carroll Bennett on January 3, 1949.
In the year 1966, at the age of 17, he married his one and only soulmate, Mary Dean Staggs. They raised two wonderful children and welcomed many grandchildren and great-grandchildren in their 56 years of marriage.
