Johnnie M (Carroll) Brown

In the afternoon hours of January 10, 2023, Johnnie M. Carroll Brown peacefully passed from the earthly world at the age of 77. She was born in Lewis County on July 10, 1945, to the late John and Virginia Hinson Carroll.

Mrs. Johnnie is survived by her loving husband, Larry "Monk" Brown; her son, Ricky Brown; granddaughters, Candance (Cainon) Workman and Crystal (Wally) Thomas; great-grandchildren, Braxtin and Lucky Thomas, Caimora, Caimyaa, and Caimoni Workman, and Ryker Jones. She also leaves behind her sister, Carolyn Hargraves, and sister-in-law, Connie Williams.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Cagney Brown, and her sisters, Judy Worrell, Sue Whitehead, and Norma Mercer.

Graveside services began at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 12 at Memorial Gardens in Hohenwald Bro. Bobby Carroll officiated.
