Two hundred and fifty 4-Her's participated in a Baking Demonstration Project for the final project of the year throughout the months of February and March. Each participating student shared their recipe with the class and submitted their baked good for judging. Entries were judged on the following: texture, color, flavor, shape, volume, and general appearance of the entry. Each class was awarded a first, second, and third place ribbon with one overall winner selected from each grade level.
