GIRLS STATE- Nancy McDonald, chaplain; alternate delegate Kailee Thomas, primary delegate Andalyn Himes and primary delegate Mary Halfacre.
Boys and Girls State Delegate interviews were held at Lewis County High School on Tuesday, March 21.
The American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary each year sponsor a weeklong program for two boys and two girls to experience how government works firsthand. The boys will be participating at Tennessee Tech and the girls at Lipscomb University.
Selected as delegates were Andalyn Himes and Mary Halfacre, Chris Spitzer and Cole Spann. Alternates were Kailee Thomas and Hadley Spitzer.
