Good News for Bicyclists on the Natchez Trace Parkway

 

Milepost 385.9, Meriwether Lewis Site, is one of several locations benefitting from new additions to the Natchez Trace Parkway. Each year, bicyclists from all of the world travel the Natchez Trace, as the beauty is unmatched. Now, they will benefit from not only the physical aspect, and natural beauty, but also the newest service added. The Natchez Trace Parkway has recently installed bicycle repair stations at several locations along the Parkway. In addition to the one in Lewis County, cyclists may also find them at Milepost 355: Wayne County Welcome Center, Milepost 266: Parkway Visitor Center, Milepost 160: Kosciusko Information Center, Milepost 102.4 Parkway Information Cabin, and Milepost 17.5: Coles Creek Picnic Area.
