Ralph Douglas Vineyard left this earthly world in the evening hours of April 25, 2023, at the age of 82. Mr. Vineyard was born in McEwen, Tennessee, to the late Herbert and Martha Vineyard on August 4, 1940. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Wanda Vineyard, and his two brothers, Jimmy Vineyard and Bobby Vineyard.

Mr. Ralph is survived by his two sons, James Steven Vineyard (Gail) and Douglas Wayne Vineyard (Rebecca); grandchildren, Kristie Morgan, Lori Jones, Evan Vineyard, Ashley Hensley, Kristy Victory, and Alan Vineyard; great-grandchildren, Grant Thompson, Morgan Cowan, Brett Redmon, Sidney Morgan, Max Vineyard, Maddie Vineyard, Brennon Noble, and Maddie Taylor. He also leaves behind his great great-grandchildren, Paisley Redmon, Memphis Duncan, Addison Cowan, and Emily Curry, and a sister, Amy Rauls.

Visitation with family and friends was held in the chapel of Adair Funeral and Cremation Services Sunday April 30, 2023. A graveside service followed at Grinders Creek Cemetery with Bro. Michael Rauls officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lewis County Cancer Victims Fund in Mr. Ralph’s honor.
