Homestead Learning - Introducing the Homestead Learning Center, offering two hour classes in basic skills such as Scratch Cooking, Mend and Make Do, Basket Weaving, Gardening, Sewing basics to learn how to use a sewing machine and making simple garments, and Home Decor. Classes will meet from 10 a.m. to 12, Tuesday and Saturday, morning and evening, taught by instructors Susan Christian, Home Ec teacher, and professional quilter Gloria Jones.
