Kindergarten Registration

Dr. Mike Taylor, Principal of the Lewis County Elementary School would like to remind of the following:

If you registered your child for Kindergarten in the spring, please turn in any required enrollment documents that you did not have at the time. Please turn these in at the white house on the South end of LCES at 317 South Oak Street (Special Ed. Department) or mail to Lewis County Elementary School at 305 South Oak Street, Hohenwald, TN 38462. You may also use our drop box in front of the school entrance. Documents needed are:

* Immunization Certificate

* Current Physical Documentation

* Copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate

If you child has an appointment for immunizations/physical after school starts, your child may start school on August 2nd if you provide us with a copy of the appointment card. These items are REQUIRED before your child can attend class.
