Peter Miller was born on July 7, 1936 to Ezra E. Miller and Ana Stutzman in Holmes County Ohio. He grew up in a family of nine, with two brothers and four sisters. He moved to the Ethridge area in March of 1964, relocating later to Hohenwald.

Peter enjoyed walking, good food, electricity in general and attending the Hohenwald Seventh-Day Adventist Church next to the Food Bank. A man of little words, he was known to give encouragment to young people and those he met. In his last days he lived at the Harbert Hills Assisted Living Center in Savanah.

He passed away on May 10, 2023. Peter is survived by many friends and relatives throughout Tennessee and Ohio and will be greatly missed by his community.

A memorial service is to be held at the Hohenwald Seventh-Day Adventist Church (next to Food Bank) on Thursday July 13, 2023 at 6 p.m. All are welcomed to come and celebrate the life of Peter and the hope of reunion with Jesus at the second-coming of Christ.
