Confederate Gray Chapter 2681 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy

Confederate Gray Chapter 2681 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy held their July meeting on July 13 at the home of Darlene Johns with eight members and one visitor present.

Chapter business was conducted along with discussion of the Chapter’s current projects and the Library of Congress “Veteran’s History Project.”

The Veteran’s History Project involves volunteers doing interviews with surviving members of the United States military before their stories are lost.

Participation is easy to do. The entire VHP Field Kit is available as a fillable PDF document, a well as in audio and braille formats. The step-by-step process is easy to follow to ensure submissions meet all requirements.
