Local Elks Lodge Hold 2nd Annual School Backpack Giveaway

Members of the Lewis County Elks Lodge #2883 will hold the 2nd annual Backpack Giveaway at the Lewis County Housing Authority Office located at 107 Allison Ave, on Friday, July 21 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon to distribute backpacks and school supplies to families residing in the Housing Authority.
Using funds from the Tennessee Elks Community Outreach Grant, The Elks will be providing back packs to these families in need. Last year, the Elks provided 72 school backpacks with supplies to children in our community.
