Hoyle Edwards Goins, Jr passed away on Friday, July 14th at his Parsons home with his loving wife by his side. He was born on Apil 8, 1972 in Monroe, Michigan to Hoyle Edward "Skip" and Joyce Goins. In addition to his father, Hoyle is preceded in death by his grandfather Doyle and grandmother Ethel.
