Lewis County Herald - Serving Hohenwald, Lewis County Tennessee Since 1898

The Lewis County Shooting Sports team competed in Regional Competitions, June 1 through June 3, 2023. All eligible shooters competed in Singles Trap and a few shooters competed in Skeet, Sporting Clays. The shooters represented Lewis County and brought home some medals for Lewis County.

In singles trap, the Varsity Team made up of Ryan Tanner, Zoie Clark, Emery Norris, Chase Carroll and Mercie Ashmore brought home third place in the Teams. Shooters Tuff Lindsey, Zoie Clark, Chase Carroll, Mercie Ashmore, and Clay Bean brought home third place in Squads.
