I have some questions about the wireless radio-frequency smart meters, and the antennas that make up the mesh network that MLEC is installing in Hohenwald. Everywhere I look there are new antennas on utility poles. I know a lot of neighbors here who do not want these new wireless meters. It is known that wireless smart meters can cause problems: health issues, data stolen, fires. If a Hohenwald resident were injured by the new RF smart meters, or the surrounding antennas, who would be liable for the injuries and the damages? Would the City of Hohenwald be liable?
