Lewis County 4-H Day Camp at NACO

Lewis County 4-H Day Camp at NACO was held June 21 & 22nd . We had great time with twenty-five campers, three teen volunteers, five adult leaders and three certified lifeguards in attendance.

On day one Brad Culp with Soil Conservation came and instructed the children on proper fishing techniques. Each camper was provided with their very own fishing pole to take home. We appreciate Mr. Culp for his time, and this work he does with our youth each year.

After fishing the campers had a lesson about healthy snacks, and assisted in making their own fruit and yogurt parfaits for a mid-morning snack....
